There was one whole pizza and two separate pizza sections. It was a neat set.

Is there a lego that transforms from an ice cream truck to an airplane?

I do not know if there is an airplane icecream truck transformer set. This set is a pizza truck that opens service windows in an awning type fashion. It was our very first lego set and we really enjoyed it.

Does this truck move once put together?

Yes, the wheels turn on the van. It can be driven around the floor, play table, etc.
