TOA-26 vs. TOA-70
I ordered this compact Cuisinart as well as the larger model (TOA-70). Comparing with the larger model, the compact one:- Doesn’t have the grill feature- Doesn’t have a built-in timer for any of the features except for toasting- Doesn’t have an interior light- Isn’t stainless steel on the sides and top; it only is on the frontHowever, I absolutely love it and went with the compact one. Here’s why:- Despite being “compact”, it has plenty of room inside. More room than my barrel-style air fryer!- It air fries as well as my barrel air fryer, which I’ll be selling soon because I’m trying to get away from cooking with nonstick and this is all stainless steel inside.- It also toasts as well and as quickly as the toaster oven I’ve had for 10 years. Some reviews stated this takes a long time to toast but they may be comparing it with a regular toaster, not a toaster oven. I haven’t used the other features yet as I mainly needed these two.- The main reason I really like this one over the larger model is because you can almost fully pull out the rack you’re cooking on without it falling down. The larger model was annoying with that because pulling the rack about halfway out meant it would fall. You would need to remove the rack entirely in order to flip food over or to take it out when it was done.- No timer: I don’t care about that because I just set a timer on the microwave like I’d do if I were baking something in the oven (this is technically a countertop oven after all). Many reviewers are upset there’s no auto-off for anything except the toasting, but ovens don’t turn off on their own. When the timer goes off I check on the food and turn the dial to off. Not a problem at all.- No light: At first I thought I’d miss the interior light, but my barrel air fryer doesn’t have one either, I just open the door and look in. Haven’t missed it.I am really disappointed that, unlike the larger model, the compact one doesn’t have stainless steel sides and top. It makes it look cheaper than the other one. A work around: I put it in the corner of my counter so you can’t see the sides as much. Despite this being an important miss to me, I love this toaster oven/ air fryer enough to overlook that.

Perfect size, cooks great
I've only had this for a couple of weeks, so I hope it remains 5 star worthy for years to come. The size is perfect for the small area for which I wanted it. So far everything I have cooked in it has turned out fantastic, other than the beef bacon, which will just require a shorter cooking time and then will be great. I find it easy to clean as long as I spray with nonstick spray before using.

I use this everyday day.
Love this, I've barely had to turn on my stove. As I'm cooking for myself I use it for pretty much everything including roasting. I'd give it 5 stars if I could program a timer, the air fryer is so quiet it's easy to walk away from;) The toast function toasts well and does time itself according to the desired setting. It's very easy to keep clean and comes with ideas and recipies that are helpful.

Front door air fryer, oven.
Great. The other air fryers are to heavy to use.

Small but effective.
It is small but works well. Great for one person. I don’t have to turn on the oven.

NO Auto Shutoff (Safety Hazard!); Hard to Clean; Cooking Diminishes with Time; Uneven Toasting
We've had this CuisineArt combo air fryer/toaster for over 2 years now, and I HATE it. We have used simple and inexpensive Black & Decker toaster ovens for years, but decided to splurge on this CuisineArt, even though it cost 3X more thn our basic B&D.Although there is a timer and auto shutoff for toast, there is NO auto shutoff for any other function (bake, broil, air fryer), forcing us to use an auxilary timer. Sometimes we forget to do so (our B&D had auto shutoff for baking as well as toasting), and...realize that we forgot when we smell the burn. This obviously is a HUGE safety hazard, too.The crumb tray for catching stray breadcrumbs is too small so crumbs constantly accumulate on the floor of this appliance, and can only be removed by unplugging it and shaking it out over our garbage can. This is cumbersome and difficult to do so we don't do it often...again a potential safety/fire hazard.And...the cooking power diminishes over time. We used to roast/airfry almonds for 15 minutes; now it takes 22 minutes for the same result. I used to toast bread at the medium setting; now I must use the longest dark setting, AND depending on the bread, I sometimes need to run it a second time (on light).Toasting and airfrying are also uneven in the oven. This is most noticeable with the toasting function, where I find some parts of the same slice of bread burn, while other parts are not fully toasted, depending on how it is positioned in the toaster oven. This also happens, though to a lesser extent, with roasting/air frying. When roasting/air frying almonds, I now try to center them on the tray, and also I must move them around a couple of times, because the almonds on the edges of the tray don't roast as quickly as the almonds in the center.Since this is a sunk cost, we're putting up with this, but I'm always cursing when a tray of expensive nuts burns 'cuz I forgot to set the outside timer. I'm also really annoyed with our unevenly toasted toast.NOT recommended!!!

No timer
Does a good job air frying, but super frustrated there's no timer on this thing! I had just assumed such a device would automatically have a timer so I could walk away and it can shut off without me having to stick around.
