There is no information about max load capacity of this machine in the website description, which is max of 100kg. There is an abnormal sound during running time. Requesting the Manufacturer to review the design/mechanical running conditions/salient features once again to make it user friendly.

Its not a bad machine, however in the manual shows it has 14 programs while the actual machine have only 9. the speed should also be as per the description from 1 to 99 yet its only from 1 to 60 so its a but disappointing

Provides a good workout and my elderly parents enjoy using it. The only complaint is the noise made by the handle. I placed the machine against the wall for support to avoid the noise. Otherwise, it’s a well built product.

I bought this machine on 6th December and it stopped working today, so bascily worked for 20 days only.Shocked that there is no option to claim warranty and cannot request for replacement.If that is the case I don't recommend it at all.

Would give it zero stars if possible , the product doesn't work at all and malfunctioned really bad quality for the price paid. Do not recommend at all!
