LOVED this puzzle!!! I am a big puzzler and 1000 pieces are too quick to finish after all the set up. This was GREAT! The pieces were small so they fit perfectly on my 1500 piece board with room to spare, the pieces were high quality, locked perfectly together and this puzzle was wonderfully challenging! It took me about 6 weeks to complete where a 1000 piece puzzle I can do in 1 or 2 days.

Super hard puzzle! Missing 2 pieces. Manufacturer promptly sent correct pieces to complete the puzzle! Definitely rec6!

This is a fantastic puzzle for those who want a real challenge

This was a very challenging puzzle which is what I was looking for. One missing piece but can't swear I didn't lose it myself. Some pieces were a little worn or had white age spots, but overall it was enjoyable.

Wonderful product. I love this manufacturer. You get an actual size color poster of the puzzle. The pieces fit very well, color is very good and color differentiation is good.

Relaxing to work

When I completed the puzzle, it was very beautiful, but missing 2 pieces. Emailed the seller and after providing them the needed information, they sent right away the missing pieces. Very satisfied with the purchase and the help from the Customer Service.

THE MANUFACTURER IS SELLING PUZZLES THAT THEY CAN'T PROVIDE ADEQUATE REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR. Purchased a 1,000 piece puzzle this last month and assembled it, only to find that a piece was missing. Fine, it happens. The puzzle included detailed instructions how to contact the manufacturer in Korea and what information to include. The manufacturer got back to me and stated: "Unfortunately, the individual missing pieces cannot be provided for the products that have been produced before "2023 August" due to the manufacturer. We understand how much you would feel bad about hearing this news and we are feeling deeply sorry about announcing this bad news. The solution with this issue is to provide you with the same puzzle box, but the manufacture date may be different, which means the color of the individual piece may be different from yours." No way am I going to accept a piece that may not be the same color. That will defeat the purpose of mounting and framing it because a miscolored piece will stand out like a sore thumb. WHY WOULD THEY SELL PUZZLES LIKE THIS IF THEY KNEW THAT THERE WAS EVEN A SMALL CHANCE THAT ANY REPLACEMENT PIECES MIGHT NOT LOOK THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL. Forget it, I'm not even taking the chance. Getting a refund.
