Not 10". The thick window clings vary in size 2x2 to 3x3 each. It shows in description photo some of the sizes.

Whats the best way to clean them?

Front only use slightly damp cloth. My cat knocked some off glass and back side got a little dirty and I just picked it off.

Do they stick on both sides or just one?

Just the back side, the front is plastic.
