After the fire cuts off does it automatically turn back on when the temperature drops? Cheers

I personally switch the fire on and off remotely so this is something I have not tested or attempted to set up, I personally find it easier to flick between the heat modes and leave it on as long as required.

Is the white surround made of glass?

Ours is a black surround and it’s no glass

Does the screen get hot aswell asking for kids safety

No you have the option to turn off the heat and still use the fire display.

Hi I have this fire 10 months, and will not come on , fuse ok , can I get spare parts ? Could be the thermal fuse are the circuit board

Check the connections on the inside for a loose cable, not sure if you can get replacement parts though, but go direct to the manufacturer and see if they can help
