The measurements are non - stretched . So it stretches a good bit .

It fits perfectly in the rear of my 2021 Toyota 4Runner. I don't know if it would fit the use you describe, sorry.

Cargo barrier, not a net

This is just a cargo barrier for the rear of the trunk, it is not a cargo net you can use to secure items across the floor of the trunk
