If you are an experienced lifter this product is not a difference you immediately notice but u know its working when are still hydrated well beyond your limits and you have enough to crank out that extra set. Another difference in me personality is that my semen is much more whiter. That might be anecdotal though. JUST A HEADS UPS (the taste varies from time to time)

I have been taking Oh!Mino for 1 month now. I love the product! I had hit a wall at the gym on my bench press and a couple other exercises for some time now. I just broke through that wall. I feel stronger and have more energy at the gym now. I attribute it to Oh!Mino.I also practice intermittent fasting and I like the fact that it doesn't break my fast. I take one scoop before and one scoop after my workouts. I take the stimulant free after my workout. I am about to order more right now.

Most reviews complain about the flavor. I have no problem with the flavor. It is not sugary by any means which is OK with me.Been using the it as a pre-workout drink for about 1.5 weeks and starting to feel the affects and I’m extremely happy.
