This is a tremendously beautiful blue once again Williamsberg oil makes this transparent and is a great painting blue when developing secondary colors and mixtures with a one pigment color. Williamsberg Oils are manufactured at a very high level right here in the USA new Berlin, New York, and if you're just getting started in your oil painting These will excite you and their customer service at Williamsberg is impeccable. When I first inquired and talk to their customer service and explained what I do, they sent me a special six pack tube color of original colors at no cost to me normally and those were not little tiny tubes I actually did a work of art with those sample colors to see how they work. I have bought other tubes of paint that size from other manufacturers would've cost well over 50 or $60 and Williamsberg sent that at no cost to me. That's the only oil painting company I have worked with both here in the USA and in Europe that would do that that's something to consider and if you call them And talk to them and ask them about that color pack. They'll send it to you. Amazon is tremendous and offering a really good price on all of these Williamburg oil paints. Can you get it less? I don't know. Williamsburg is my favorite oil paint, not too runny, good consistency. The French is my favorite ult blue. Beautiful. Worth it.

I've been slowly upgrading my oils from Gamblin to Williamsburg, and I have to say that Williamsburg creates a beautiful product. I am mostly a plein air painter. Using Williamsburg helps me make bolder choices with my color. I wish they had student grade paints. Oh well.
