Love it!
I like this electric trike a lot. First off, it arrived in only two days, so way faster than the estimated time, which is always nice. (I live in the same state it was sent from.) Putting it together wasn't too hard for me, but I see other reviewers hired someone. It does take a few hours if you're not experienced (I'm not, but I'm fairly handy), and the instructions could be better. I used both the video and booklet. (I had trouble finding the video, but it's there right at the top of the product page among the pictures. Go to the video section (the sideways triangle), and it's in there among a few other videos. This is why I missed it at first.)I like how amazingly fast it is, and it has a fantastic turning radius. You can pretty much make it spin like a top if you need to turn around in a small space. (But be careful trying this. With a motor this powerful, you could tip over if you give too much throttle.)I've gone eight miles (almost all non-paved and hilly) so far, and the battery is only down two bars. On a non-paved, steep hill, it might need a tiny bit of pedal-assist, but otherwise, I'm riding it all over my rough, hilly property without needing to pedal, even through tall grass full of gopher-holes.One reviewer said it pulls to one side. In my experience, it might feel like it's doing that, but this is probably more simply how 3-wheel bikes work. On uneven ground or when turning, it might lean a little in an nonintuitive way if you're used to how a bicycle leans, and this feels like it's pulling. You just have to get used to it, and then it's fine.Oh, yeah, another reviewer complained about the brakes being weak, but I suspect they put it together wrong. You have to push the brake connector all the way before tightening the wire onto it. The brakes are nice and strong like they should be.Fun tip: before starting to build it, start charging the battery and let it charge while you're building the rest of the trike. If you don't do this, once the trike's built and you're rarring to go, you'll be kicking yourself for having to wait. All in all, this is a really good electric three-wheeler for the price. It's quiet. No gasoline fumes. It has a nice strong motor and sizeable lithium ion battery. It's perfect for me to get around my property, hauling small loads like my tools, etc. You can just hop on and go, then hop off when you arrive, no kickstand or anything. I even use it to bring the big garbage cans down my long driveway to and from the road, and it works well even when they're full and heavy.

Wow! This is great!
Let's start with the reason it's not 5 stars... Because it's not a single axle on the rear wheels, it pulls a tad to he left when breaking and even a tad while riding. That being said, this trike is sweet! I got the fat wheel so I could take it on multiple terrains and it definitely delivers! There is a tad bit of a learning curve due to the pull but it's a nice little ride, even in the yard and on gravel. If you are a regular at building bikes, this will be simple for you to put together. If you are new to it, GOOD LUCK! I'm not an amateur bike assembler (nor a pro) and it was a bit of a headache. Pro tip: YouTube! Just throw the manual away... I supervised assembly (not in the best health) and the manual was worthless to the builder. The last issue I had is the seat hardware was pretty worthless... Stripped the bolt after 1/4 turn. Fortunately I had a spare bike seat on hand. Now the good: this little guy has some get up and go! I'm just south of 200# and 6'4 and it fits me pretty well. The builder is like 5'6 and even he took it for a ride and it worked great! This thing is quick too! I got it around 16mph going up hill! Very much money well spent! This will save me tons in gas!

DO NOT PURCHASE ! Junk.
Very Poor Quality. Horrible assembly video's provided by company. Leaving out many important details about what parts go where. They quickly gloss over critical parts placement, do not provide torque specifications on the nuts and bolts. No paper instruction sheet on assembly steps. Externally POOR Customer Service. Parts missing from packages (2). I had for less than 230 miles on it. 1st the power assist with the pedals quit working. Then there the flat tires. One so far. It is only 7 months old and now the eTrike doesn't run on battery power at all. All I can do is pedal it. $2500 piece of junk sitting in my garage. Had an E Bike professional try to make the thing work. But it's front fork was damaged due to lack of correct parts and lack of Quality instructions either Video or paper. I tried to return for replacement but company's only response was "charge the Battery" an automated reply. Did Not address my issues with the trike. All I can say is DON'T BUY THIS BRAND. Buy locally, have whatever you get professionally assembled by someone that is Highly Educated on E Trike assembly.
