Purchased after seeing the item on internetI was looking forward to upgrading my basic screen to an android system with all its benefitsThe item arrived promptly so I set aside a Saturday to fit itThe fitting instructions were poor but supplied a QR code in the manualThis video was terrible as it is in Chinese and the process was mainly hidden by the hands or body of the fitterHaving fitted the item the lower half of my centre console was immobilisedI contacted the seller and waited and waited for a responseThey only sent me pictures of what was in the manualI pointed out the photos I sent regarding 2 loose wires at the main wiring block but received no responseI yet again messaged them on Sunday informing that I completely removed and reinstalled the unit, this time as before the lower centre console was still inoperableThe sound and screen also faded away after around 5 secondsEmailed seller again and they suggested a software updateThis is supposed to be the latest android 11 system also plug and playMy car was off the road in bits for nearly 3 daysI refitted the original system and everything works as beforeI’ve since returned it to Amazon for a refundI’m extremely disappointed with the unit, sellers communication response is poor at around 24hrs each timeNot recommended

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, seems decent quality, no lag during use. netflix not supported, the simcard slot was faulty and wouldn't hold the sim in position so no mobile data. Returned for a replacement hopefully not a common issue.

Thought I'd review this as I previously had a CarPlay box installed and was in two minds whether the touch screen of this unit was worth the upgrade. Having previously installed the CarPlay box a couple of years ago I was fairly confident on the install. I also had previously activated the Aux input on my command system so was happy to see this unit also had the line-in connection so that I didn't have to use the supplied USB convertor box and plug it in under the armrest. This seems to be a cause of poor sound quality for some others. The install was fairly easy, even fishing the cables up past the airvents was straight forward using the right tools. All in all I'm really happy with the system. If I had to mark it down I'd say the time taken to connect and display wireless CarPlay is certainly longer than my previous box and the front view camera is't displayed when going from Reverse to Drive unless you are on the Car view rather than CarPlay. Having said that, the touch screen more than makes up for that, and the ability to use some of the android functions is also a welcome addition. It even allows me to play a video using the android system and have this in a small picture in picture over the CarPlay display. Pretty cool. I also really like being able to see my AirCon controls even when using CarPlay. This was something that really annoyed me when using the CarPlay box I had previously. Worth mentioning I did contact support as I wanted to change the splash screen and got a response with the files in under 24 hours. All in all I'd say this is a great upgrade for anyone with either the original command system or even those currently using the CarPlay modules which make use the original screen. For info my car has OEM 360 camera, Command Online and Burmeister audio.
