Unfortunately the courier DPD had problems and so it arrived a day late - a little annoying when you are paying the Prime price as you needed it asap!However, it came well packaged and was really easy to assemble (25 mins?) by myself.I've yet to use it in anger yet (ie 7-8 hours working from home for 4-5 days a week) but all the functions (lift, rock, recline) work well upon assembly and it feels like a nice chair with seat padding, high back, metal wheel structure etc.A nice surprise was that the lumber support contains USB vibration - I don't recall that being in the description. Not really tried it yet but was a very welcome bonus.The chair does look very good and feels comfortable from my 5 minute try out after assembly before I had to rush off. If I find that the seat or lift etc aren't up to standard I'll update this review.Update from 3 weeks of use: I'm really pleased with this chair so far after using it for long stretches at a time. I find it comfortable to use for long periods and it feels sturdy and safe (although when fully reclined and using the footrest, I don't think it would take too much effort to break it). For normal office use, at 5'11 it feels just the right height for me, with the headrest looped over the top rather than through the holes. I've uprated to 5 stars as with the price compared to others available, it's well worth it.

Initial look at the chair, it's good. It looks nice and fits in with a gaming setup. The size it perfect, it's quite comfortable however when assembling the chair you see the quality is not the best. The chair arms are quite flimsy, the metal pole is not a smooth cut at the bottom. I've used this for a few weeks and it does lean too. The electric massager/lumbar support is okay but it is not the best. I personally took it out as it was no use and is annoying to find somewhere to plug it in as the wire is not the longest and doesn't allow for much movement.

This chair has not even lasted 12 months. My 11-year-old son received it as a Christmas gift, and within less than a year, it looks worn, with metal parts coming through the material and showing signs of significant wear. The chair started to look worn out after a short period of use, and soon after, parts began to break. The overall quality is poor, and it’s concerning that metal parts have snapped and come through the material. The seat has become noticeably worn, with the faux leather peeling away and fraying. The metal at the edge of the seat has snapped and is visible through the faux leather.The chair was easy to assemble when it arrived, and although it looks great initially, the comfort and functionality were disappointing, particularly with the footrest. It seems the quality doesn’t match the appearance. I expected any chair, especially one used moderately over the course of a year, to last longer. Unfortunately, this one didn’t meet expectations.

The finish on this chair is slightly off, all seems a little cheaply made, the T bar that connects the back to the base doesn’t line up that great and it looks to lean slightly when looking at the back. I’ve tried to adjust this but doesn’t seem to make much difference, there are like other reviews suggested sharpe rough edges but to be fair these are to the wheels. And the foot rest frame is very rough looking, however I’m a believer in you get what you pay for, had I paid £150 I would probably be looking for a refund but I didn’t it was less than £100 and to be honest with you looks it, it is however a decent size and you can adjust the back for comfort, personally I feel that it would suit a teenage rather than a full size adult but it will do the job for now.

This was easy to put together and really good quality. My son loves it for his new gaming area! He says it is really comfy too!

First time purchasing a gaming chair, the instructions are not clear, the diagrams and descriptions are wrong, their is a nasty scratch on side of the chair, the wheels squeak, when you sit on it and the left arm can not be attached properly as the screws provided do not go in properly causing the arm to wobble, I know I brought this in the sale, but did expect this to be a little better, shame really, won't be buying this again.
