High Quality Product
Debatable purchase at SteelSeries' original asking price of GBP129.99, but at the currently listed price (44.99 at the time of writing) at which I purchased the mouse, it's a very easy recommendation. The build quality of this mouse is very high, it feels top of the line. The weight is a little above current trends at ~80g (for FPS oriented products), but that aids to the feel of a premium product. The weight does not feel inappropriate to me, but if you are looking for an ultralight product, then there are better options.I'm not trying to write an in-depth review, so I will just highlight my caveats and experiences with this mouse:- The scroll wheel is good in terms of how rigid it feels, and the click feels good to me as well, but it has started to occasionally squeak after approximately 2 weeks of use. it doesn't bother me, but I would consider it a flaw.- I really like the idea of the optical switches for the clicks, especially with the whole Logitech Omron switch debacle, but my only concern is that the click tension is a bit too high for my liking. It feels like it may cause strain on my index finger at some point. So far it's okay, but I do sometimes switch to a mouse with a lighter click in office work for example. I use Kailh GM 8.0s in my MX Ergo trackball (to prevent RSI I sometimes switch to a trackball), and the clicks are noticeably more comfortable.- Waking from sleep is a little slow. I think waking from sleep takes ~3s. Since I like to switch between this and a trackball, and also I have a keyboard/mouse switch as well, which will also reset the connection when i switch to a different computer, this can sometimes be a bit too slow. You can turn this off in their GG software, and make it such that there is no sleep, but this will likely affect battery life. By how much I am unsure, but for now I have turned off sleep and will try to remember to switch off the mouse when I leave my computer.- The stock mouse feet are quite good.Summary:I really like this mouse, and it's very good value for money at GBP44.99. I use this as my main mouse at the moment when working on my desktop computer and it feels close to endgame. There are some minor flaws that are listed above, but are forgivable at this price point. This is a competitive mouse, and competes with other flagship gaming mouse offerings.

Quality
I use this primarily for Total war strategy games and for me it's very comfortable, responsive and battery life is impressive.I didn't install the software however, as Windows detects it all okay - as mentioned I use it for strategy games so I don't necessarily need the higher dpi that can be set in the software - I just use the 5 standard preset dpi that can be chosen by pressing the button on the underside of the mouse and I can feel that the responsiveness has either increased/decreased.Can be used wired or wirelessly and out the box and also it seems to work on any surface. All in all, a very nice, quality feeling product.

Some flaws, but overall a good mouse
Going to keep this review simple, here are some positives:+ All of the buttons feel quite nice and crispy, low pre travel, moderate post travel+ Build quality is fairly good, no creaking when pressed on the sides+ Excellent stock feet, they seem slightly rounded and the glide was close to perfect out of the box on both fast and slow pads+ Wireless works pretty well, haven't had any issues with it thus far+ Click latency seems okay+ No issue with the sensor (TrueMove Air is just a PAW3335, but it works well enough in the Prime Wireless)+ Great battery life! I lowered the polling rate to 500Hz and it's still going strong after a week of moderate use+ USB-C charging and you get a pretty nice extender for the dongle in the box. The charging cable is also quite nice, it's a fairly flexible paracorded cable that puts Logitech's to shameNeutral points:+/- If you have larger hands then this ergo shape won't feel great. I have about 20x10 cm hands and I can't palm it comfortably so I'm forced to fingertip grip it. Palm grip will work if you have small to medium sized hands, I've attached a photo with it compared to a GPX (which is a medium sized mouse), they're basically the same size+/- The mouse was at 81 grams on my scale, which is on par with what SteelSeries quotes for the mouse. That being said, compared to the similarly sized GPX (60 grams) then the Prime Wireless will feel noticeably heavier. Overall the weight is fine for a wireless mouse at this sizeAs for the negatives:- Takes 1-2 seconds for the mouse to wake up from sleep, the Superlight for example does so almost instantly- The main clicks are quite loud- Scroll wheel is pretty hard to press and can randomly start squeaking, but mind you this only happened 3 times during a week and only if you're scrolling very fast, so it doesn't seem to be that big of an issue- While the mouse feels solid, pressing on it from the bottom will get it to creak, albeit that doesn't happen during regular use- The coating or lack thereof can make the mouse feel a little slippery if you have dry hands- The SteelSeries software is abysmal. Dear SteelSeries, I just want a simple software to be able to customize this mouse, no, I do not want your software to start adding audio devices (which interfered with my current audio device setup), and also used a lot of my system resources for absolutely no reason. On the bright side the mouse has persistent profiles so you can uninstall SteelSeries Engine after you're done setting it upOverall, great mouse with small niggles. Would highly recommend it if it's on sale if you have small to medium sized hands and are looking for a mouse to palm grip.

Good mouse for gaming
At first I was confused why the mouse wasn't moving very fast, but then I realised I had to download the app to fix the sensitivity. Now I like it

SOLID AND DEPENDABLE
I don't game , but I wanted the two side buttons for work app productivity. About the only aspect of it's shape I don't like is there isn't any negative rake, or undercut for the third finger rest position next to RMB - it's just a bit to rounded at that position IMO. Button clicks are very nice if liking positive 'snappy' clicks and the wireless version works totally fine and it glides perfect - everything works very well, battery life all good and information about it's charge state is perfectly indicated by the wheel light notifications. I'm keeping it though, I change mice during a days work to help prevent RSI.

An unexpectedly awesome mouse
It's a high quality, lightweight mouse with a screen you can use to configure features. I wasn't expecting the mouse to be this good given the price point.

Better than my old gaming mouse
I have used it for 3 months, for both work and gaming....:)I like it is light/accurate to control, and also the clicking sound.
