This is the second Comfy Critter we have owned, the first one we've had since Christmas and has held up great with our 2 year old. I purchased this one for our 6 year old and within a day it was already falling apart. I contacted the company and they said to go through Amazon's customer service even though they were the ones who sent me an e-mail regarding my purchase of the product. I don't want to explain to my 6yr old that we have to return it and repurchase a brand new toy because the quality just isn't okay. Let alone why would I order a new one when the one I got just isn't up to par?
