best solution to use my existing shoes and sandals without flat foot and bunion related pain.

great idea and useful for every and any shoe. Just wish the padding was a little thicker for a higher arch. I will still definitely use these, its way better than nothing for support.

I’ve been using these inserts for years now. I cannot say enough about their perfect size (for me) and durability. I have moved the gummy ones into four different pairs of tennis shoes. The stickiness may have worn off, but they still stay in place under the insole. I appreciate that I can position them in the shoe where I need them. They offer the right amount of arch support for my women’s size 9 wide foot. My only request is that they could be purchased separately. I only need an arch support for my left foot. I don’t know what to do with all of these right foot supports.

giving these a three-star mostly because they really are a bit of a chore to put into a regular shoe/versus a sandal - i use them for my tap shoes/which has a sort of fuzzy insole - and took awhile for me to figure where exactly to place - of course this is individual based on your foot/shoe. But again, a little bit of work to get them right - also after wearing for an hour - mind you this is tap dancing - the sticky sort of peeled away a bit. It's good you get many for the price - they are made well and the gel filling is quite comfortable . I would recommend them - but to be aware of some of my comments. comfortable and do the job; i'd say. made well

These caused foot injury after a few months because they prevent your foot from moving and stretching the way that it should, so your foot is moving in unusual ways that cause muscle injury after time.I thought these arch supports were the answer to my plantar fasciitis. They relieved the pain at first, so I put them in all my shoes. But after six months, I started feeling pain on top of my foot. I had to limit walking and skip my weekly dance classes. Turns out, the supports prevent proper foot movement and even tilted my foot, causing injury over time. It took another six months to recover. If you don’t walk much, they might be fine, but I wouldn’t take the risk again.

These work GREAT! Easy to use, the different color options make them invisible when worn with sandals. The only issue I've had is that they stop sticking to my tennis shoes after a week or two. I am planning on buying more since they have kept me from having to use a surgical boot (which was my drs next orders if these didn't work).
