It's an absolute MIRACLE - 10 stars!!
This device has literally saved me from crippling pain! I thought it might be a bit uncomfortable to use, based on a few reviews - so I used it on the bed instead of the floor. I just placed it as directed, and relaxed while watching tv for about a half hour. After getting up, I noticed my legs and hips felt very relaxed, so a little while later I placed it again and watched tv for another half hour, while trying each of the four suggested movements for about a minute each. After getting up, I almost felt like a different person!! My legs and even my arms seemed to move more loosely, and my hips and sacroiliac area were entirely free of the chronic pain and tightness I've been having over the past several months. But even more amazing - I noticed a remarkable difference in how my feet were hitting the floor - as if my weight was now resting further back on my heels. I also noticed that my weight was distributed evenly and comfortably over both legs, instead of being shifted from one side to the other. I think somehow my pelvis had gotten out of alignment, partially caused by years of desk work, and was throwing off my hip and leg movement. I'm a healthy, trim person in my 70's, but was beginning to have multiple minir problems in the feet, hips, back, and pelvis. So it was amazing that when I got up this morning, I still felt the difference/ improvement in my walking and sitting. It's as if I just had the best chiropractic session, and my body was perfectly aligned. How can just a few minutes of relaxing on a small simple device bring about such immediate multi-faceted improvement? I don't know, but am lying on it right now, while writing this review. It actually feels good! I'll try it on the floor one of these days. Meanwhile, I plan to recommend it to friends, and am going to also order the more expensive version called "pelvic clock" just so I can compare. Wow - what a life-changer.

Very Hard Rubber
I'm sure this bowl is good for some form of exercise. I was hoping it would be helpful as a back roller for post spinal fusion. Started trying it about 4 months post surgery, and I find it is just too hard and not at all malleable. Maybe I'll make a rock garden in it.

Strange but helpful
I bought this thinking it would be like every other gadget I've tried for my lower back pain. I committed to using it for at least a month before I gave up. I can say that this along with stretching has actually been helpful. There is a nice brochure included with exercises. It takes a while to find the exact right spot . I would suggest trying multiple times before you make a decision on if it's helping you or not. I've seen other reviews that said it helped instantly My experience was that it hurt instantly but once I found the correct placement and used it regularly it does help. It is a little larger and does pinch some depending on position. I would recommend trying it. I'm keeping it and include it in my daily routine.

Bigger than I expected
This is sized for a longer, wider and more muscular person than me. The disk part is hard, and about 1” wider than my lower TLF junction, so it digs into my spine top or bottom when I extend my spine, or tilt back, forward or side enough to stretch the muscles & fascia between the crest of my hip both in my back & abdomen, or roll all that out. My solution is to raise my feet depending on the angle, and to pad the disk with some tough, dense packing foam so it digs into my spine less.I’ll look into the more expensive red one to see if the diameter is smaller.

I use it esp at night while watching tv. It’s really helped me!

Not as effective as had hoped
Ordered this at the same time as another back stretching product and found the other to give fast relief to sore tight muscles. This may. E more of an exercise aid

Good for help with postural issues.
I purchased this product to help me with postural issues that I have (sciatica, hip rotation, uneven hips, one leg longer than the other, scoliosis to name a few). I imagine this is basically the same product as the Pelvic Clock although I have not tried it out for comparison. The Lumia Wellness Pelvic Bowl doesn't come with very thorough instructions, so I proceeded to use the online instructions that are given for the brand name Pelvic Clock.I complete the stretches and exercises for hips once a day, and I do the stretches a second time as needed. After each use I have noticed my hips do not pull so much to one side. I have also felt muscles activate that I have not felt activate in such a long time. I think my sciatic pain while mild to begin with, is less frequent, and I do feel much more body awareness. I would definitely recommend this product, but since the postural improvements do fade throughout the day this regimen will take patience and persistence.

Not a comparable product
One, this product stinks--literally. Chemically PVC odor. Two, this product measures 3.25 inches high and 8.75 inches wide. What some reviewers consider its competitor measures 2 inches high by 6.5 inches wide. Some reviewers said that this product is less expensive than the Pelvic Clock. Yes, it is less expensive. But less expensive, in this case, does not mean better value. I'll be returning this. Oh, and it appears to be used. The ball part of the device is heavily marred. One reviewer wrote that she bought this device and performed the exercises on the Pelvic Clock's website. This is not possible. You cannot straighten your legs while lying on the device because it sits too high off the floor.
