Sugar Free Chewy
Dimensions of a 'GRETHER'S Sugarfree Blackcurrant Pastille' roughly approximate: 7/8" (2 cm) long; by 1/2" (1.25 cm) wide; by 3/8" (1/2cm) thick. Ovoid in shape, it's a bit smaller than my average adult female index fingertip joint. Measuring took some time because I kept returning for more of the test product for "analysis": Densely chewy, which is good: The light tartness seems to be causing my mouth to fluidize. Nice, helpfully moisterizing my mouth! Simple ingredients include natural flavoring, moisterizing glycerine and smooth texturizing red algae; and are free of menthol chemical. Sugar-free malitol sweetener leaves no odd flavor - you can chew slowly, or simply savor the lozenge to dissolve over time, and there's no sugar to coat your teeth. Lots of them will come to you in a plump little hinged-lid tin the size of a generous bar of soap: roughly approximating 3 3/4" (10cm) long; by 2 3/8" (6cm) wide; by 9/8" (3cm) thick; the back of which states '44 lozenges' and '3 3/4 oz (110g'. Dosage ? Appears to be a pretty simple preparation - everything in moderation is the old standard.

My favorite flavor
These are awesome for singers. And this is my favorite flavor. Kind of expensive but worth it.

Obsessed!
I am a singer and I wanted to try these out. I became addicted to these even just to snack on. The texture is so chewable. The flavor is great and it definitely soothes your throat. I could only eat these forever. Only thing is I wish it was more affordable for the amount.

Love them.
These do exactly what they are advertised to do. They taste great as well. My daughter is a performer and these got her through an opening night with a sore throat and cold, seamlessly. Would highly recommend.

Still testing
Okay so first i only got this because i heard Ariana Grande uses these when on tour to protect her voice. In my mind that translated, this will make you sound like Ariana Grande hahha. I am a singer that can hit those notes so it didnt change my voice but i will say; When you first take it, after like 30-40 mins singing gets kinda odd. Kinda in a good way. Like I’m a counter-tenor but have a strong heavy belt…usually. After this my belt was hit n miss Buttt my upper register was crazy. I was hitting whistles So Easily. I only have that control when i first wake up or prep for it but it was just spilling out of me.Second time i tried it in the morning and waited until that night to see how my singing was, still kinda hit and miss with belts but my throat felt so smooth all day n that night singing.Dont take away it kills your belts that could be me not warming up and knowing naturally i can belt whenever hahaha but it does keep ya throat good, helps with upper register, and taste delicious. Just dont chew it. I thought it was gonna be like a cough drop but its a gummy but structured more for sucking on and not flat out chewingUpdate: These are everything. When i say OPEN YA THROAT AND KEEPS YOU STABLE!!! These are a main stay for me now. I take this before the studio or performing every single Time and it never lets me down. Highly recommend

So-So...Yes and No...
I actually ordered these after seeing an interview with a well-known voice actor who recommended the Grether's Black Currant Pastilles as a vocal chord soother/moisturizer. My occupation has a large component of public speaking, in the form of instructional programs lasting at least an hour each and can involve multiple sessions on the same day. I've been looking for something that would help keep my throat moist during them and I thought 'well, if those work...let's try the blueberry ones as I prefer that flavor to black currant'. My rating for the Sugarfree Blueberry Pastilles is mixed.Positive: The flavor is very good. Subtle blueberry taste with none of the 'medicinal' quality that at least one other reviewer has mentioned. As a sweet, I would consider getting them again if not for the expensive price.Negative: The individual pastilles, while being consumed did encourage a flow of saliva but once it had dissolved, my throat felt very dry. Arguably this could be due to the ingredients included that make it 'Sugarfree'. The pastilles did not last long. They dissolved in less than five minutes (I've had breath mints and gummy candies of similar size that lasted longer). So the upshot? As an enjoyable candy, these pastilles are tasty but expensive. As a vocal chord moisturizer, for me they fall very flat. Now again, this could be due to the fact that they are sugarfree, so I am going to try the originally suggested black currant pastilles (that are NOT sugarfree) and see if there is a noticeable difference.

Addicting 😩
The media could not be loaded. These are so good I literally ate them all in two days. You get 24 for $8.99 so 37 cents per pastille. You chew twice and then suck the glycerine out. They work so well for dry mouth

If only these weren't so expensive...
I would buy cases upon cases of these. They are by far the best Pastilles I've had - I swear by them when I'm sick.
