Get a shoe size bigger!
Comfortable when I’m walking around but I definitely have to get a size bigger shoe. My shoes become too tight when I place the insoles support in. But, I can feel the difference walking around with it. Summary: I Love it!

No more heel pain
When you first use them, it feels as though you have a coin in your shoe- but that soon resides and you'll feel the support & comfort these bring to your feet in no time.In a couple of months I've gone from only being to hobble short distances painfully to being able to hike several miles again. My wife was having problems with her feet too so I bought her a pair and she can now walk pain free too.I highly recommend.Buying my second pair today.

Life savers for those with metatarsalgia
I recently suffered bone bruises to the soles of both feet in the metatarsal area from walking on a hardwood floor barefoot. I've also suffered from occasion swelling and pain in the area of the foot shown in the attached picture, often after playing golf on bumpy/rocky courses. I saw my orthopedic surgeon after the recent incident - the pain in my left foot was so bad I couldn't put pressure on it, walked on my heel - got x-rays (no breaks or calcium deposits), he diagnosed me with metatarsalgia, told me to get those triangular felt foot pads they sell here on Amazon. I've worn orthotics for 20 yrs and ordered the thin 1/8" pads, but for the life of me I couldn't find the exact right place to put them where they provided support without applying unwanted pressure to the metatarsal area, so they actually made things worse. I also have an old pair of "foot levelers" my chiropractor made for me, not nearly as expensive as custom made orthotics, and I noticed they had a padded ball in the midsole right where the felt foot pad directions said to attach them, but it was much smaller than the foot pads, and round instead of triangular. I tried those on, instantly had pain relief and the foot swelling went down, so I came back to Amazon and found these Walkomfy Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief Orthotics and ordered a pair along with a couple of other gel pad insoles. These are WONDERFUL! They have great arch support (why I needed orthotics), and the raised ball is exactly where it needs to be, it relieves the pressure on the metatarsal area - I'm a happy clam - so happy I'm going to order 3 more pairs. I'm going to put one pair inside the surf shoes I wear at my gym when walking from the locker room to the hot tub on hard tile, something that has frequently caused foot problems in the past (didn't figure out why until this recent injury) - I hope they stand up to being worn in the shower - the description says they can be hand washed so I'm hoping they won't be damaged, appear to be all rubber foam except for the "velvet fabric" covering, which if made from a synthetic fiber should stand up well. If I remember to do so I'll come back in a few months and update my results on showering in them - I intend to remove them from the surf shoes afterward to air dry them quickly, should help prevent the covering from degrading.
