Before purchasing, I came across reviews suggesting that the grill's cabinet was wobbly and felt cheap. However, upon receiving the product, I found it to be sturdy and well-built. It's possible that earlier versions lacked the Cart Support Bar, which seems to have addressed these concerns.Having used the grill several times over the past few weeks, I have no complaints thus far. The burners are consistent, and the installation was straightforward, although I chose not to use the side shelves. I've attached images showcasing the unit from various angles, including the capped off valve for the searing burner shelf.While my wife handles most of the cooking and feels it's too early to provide comprehensive feedback, I'll revisit with more insights later. Additionally, I've included additional measurements in my review, which I found lacking in the product information prior to ordering.The decision to retain the wheels on the unit was a personal one, as the previous homeowner had removed them and built a platform for the cabinet instead. Ultimately, I chose this grill for its size, price, and warranty, all of which met my requirements.One notable aspect of the packaging was the individually wrapped hardware, which made it easy to ensure everything was accounted for before assembly. However, if I were to offer constructive criticism, I'd mention two points. Firstly, the measurements provided in the manual were too simplistic, prompting me to provide additional details in this review. Secondly, the delivery process through Amazon was inconvenient, requiring a signature and disrupting my workday unnecessarily. Just use Amazon key, take a picture in my garage and move onto the next delivery. A more streamlined delivery method would have been appreciated.

Great product!

Overall the grill seems great and I am a bit disappointed in the quality of workmanship. As you can see from the pics. Sanding or grinding of the edges is a bit rough, along with the under panel for the hood being marked up and dented. I had no problem with putting this together and all in all it was pretty easy. Another pic shows my doors are a bit off which needs some adjustments but although I tried a few doesn’t seem to work. Not too noticeable unless you are staring at the grill. Grill started right up so there are no issues there. I guess because it was a big purchase for me, I wanted it to be perfect. Haven’t cooked on it yet but I am very hopeful. This craftsmanship may need to have a better quality program to make sure that my issues don’t happen to often. I mainly purchased because of the awesome warranty. And I was tired of the old char broil etc grills. Hopefully this one will last us a very very long time.

Assembly of grill was laid out good with the instructions. Cured grill slates and inside of grill with oil. Grilled for the first time with it and used the searing station, works absolutely wonderful. Grill doesn’t get up to advertised temperature but does get hot enough. Smoked a tri tip like a brisket on it low and slow, added container of water and wood chips to it. Came out very good and moist

We have had plenty of grills and we barely used and cleaned it regularly and it caught fire grilling 3 burgers. Very scary experience

You would think for this kind of money they could at least apply decals without air bubbles. Also in their attempt to keep pieces together inside of main box they over tightened 1/2" strapping which in turn bent the bottom of main housing at two points where it mounts to the cart/tank storage of barbeque (good thing I have auto body experience to straighten it out), however all the nutserts did make assembly easier. Also the whole housing is stainless which I definitely was looking for, we'll see how long it lasts in PNW.

BUT: Plan an hour or two to get it together, it is a LOT of work, but worth it in the end. Very pretty, heats up fast, works beautifully, well constructed. For the price, it is amazing, but bring your tools.

I'm still getting use to the grill but really like it so far. It was easy to put together (except for the 3 screws under the searing burner which took a little time).The first grill was delivered damaged but BBQGuys replaced it immediately. Overall, a good experience.
