ROCKSTAR Customer Service!!
I purchased the 10x20 canopy for my band, for our annual fireworks sale. Setup was pretty easy, even with a bunch of goofy high school kids, and it's a really sturdy cover for our customers in the 115 degree heat.until...On July 4th, we had an unexpected windstorm, and although it did well under 30mph gusts, there was a 70mph gust that caught us by surprise, and before we could get around to catch it, one of the middle legs had broken (the rest of the canopy was just fine, the leg had to suffer all the weight being dropped on it).To say I was dejected was an understatement, but since I was otherwise very happy with it, I decided to contact American Phoenix, and ask about buying another leg, or something (they're not riveted together like the cheap models). The customer service rep asked me to send pictures of the damage, and I was shocked when they said that they would send out an entire new frame!!With the new frame, it again works perfectly, and now other groups at the school are just a bit jelly. I told them where to get one, and I think ROTC did purchase one or two.Thank You American Phoenix - you now have a Mojave HS sales rep.

Disappointing Purchase
Sorry for late review but I had a lot going on at the time but I wanted to share my experience. I ordered this tent in July for my birthday celebration. It took my husband and I over 30 minutes to assemble but it served it's purpose. It was taken down immediately afterwards and stored indoors. I pulled it out in October upon my mom's unexpected passing to provide a covering for our guests. It was much easier to assemble with four adults. It stayed up all day and overnight. The next morning I noticed lots of tiny holes all over and sagging material. Almost like how pleather peels on used furniture. I was definitely not expecting this to happen after the second use. I was already saddened by the loss of my mom and to deal with this was devastating. By the end of the week I had rips and tears all over and the middle pole ripped through the top of the tent. And of course it rained and water was everywhere. I was so upset and embarrassed that I ended up renting a tent. This just made an already terrible situation worse. Such a waste of money...very sad!

Really great quality Tent and awesome top.
I just used the 10 x 20 for the first time and Love it. I have been using Tents for over 15 years and I have all types of quality tent and this is by far the best one I have ever had. It is not light weight but very sturdy. I by myself can put it up without any help. It is strong in the wind and the canopy top is a very good quality fabric. Just 2 weeks before I bought this one I bought from another company that said their tent was heavy duty and showed pictures with 8 people hanging on it and with one wind gust that tent broke apart. I love the quality of this tent and I am not one that does reviews very often.

Problems at first = resolution
PLEASE read through to updates at the end. --- O boy - where to start. I'm rather disappointed. It is a bit rusty brand new and in some places the powder coating is rubbed off and the metal is rusting. I'm going to put grease on it and that will help but should not be this way. VERY hard to set up. It is very heavy. You NEED more than 2 people: (maybe after I grease it up it will be easier - but again, should not have to do that.) The canopy fabric was the most disappointing - one use at it has holes in it - calm sunny day - no wind, no rain. I think that it may be dry-rotted. The corners ripped right through - I am going to have to purchase a new top. The top is also just sitting up there with some velcro - there are no tabs or fasteners, or strings to attach weights to like with 10X10 canopies. It comes with "stakes" which are just construction nails - not long enough or strong enough to do anything - a joke really. I have contacted the manufacturer through amazon, but with the quality of the product as it is (poor) I really don't expect to hear back from them. It did not come with any instruction on how was the best way to put it up, no care instructions, no contact information, no warranty information - nothing. It should be under some sort of warranty. I may just have to cut my losses and get another better one from a different manufacturer. I really regret this purchase.UPDATE: I upped my rating from 2 to 3 stars. The seller (Kevin) did contact me back about the problems and has told me not to worry and they will make it right. They asked for pictures of the damaged areas and I set them. I will update when the issue is resolved.UPDATE 2: The pictures did not go through the amazon system because it cannot handle that much data (amazon seriously?). Kevin was very nice on the phone and is shipping me a tent, and a shipping label for return of the other one. I am up-rating from 3 to 4 stars. We are also getting better at setting it up. We can do it now with 2 adults and a 9 and 10 year old. But still you need more than 2 people.

Breaks down fast.
My pop-up has been up for a couple months. I need them for summer shade. Took out 70 foot tree. All shade gone. After a month, the top starts getting brittle and tears. Duck tape works for a while.Metal lock tabs, break off after a while. If moved around. Plastic tabs on top, underneath start breaking off.I guess I’ll just have to finally build permanent structure. Been through a couple of these 10x20’s in the last three years. Getting pricy.
