I've did a Prolon Fast Mimicking Diet and really was impressed by the health benefits and how I felt after completing it. What I wasn't a fan of was the cost and the taste of the food provided.So I did some research and came up with my own FMD. I needed to find a replacement for their L-Drink and after searching, I came upon this product which is food grade and pure vegetable glycerin.I recently completed my 3rd FMD using this product and was extremely happy with it. (For those of you who want to substitute this for the L-Drink... Use 1 teaspoon for every 20 lbs of bodyweight over 80 lbs in your bottle of water.)I like it so much I think I'll continue using it as a support drink to my workouts!!
