I only been taking for awhile now so far so GOOD no side effects I had never heard of this brand so I decided to give it a try after I read the reviews I am 68.5 young so we shall see if I am smarter that a 5th grader..LOL.

USING TO SHARPEN MY MOTHER'S MEMORY.
My mother recently celebrated her 87th Birthday. Over the past few years, I could tell a noticeable drop-off in her short-term memory. Working as a pharmacy technician, I had been exposed to the benefits of using Gingko Biloba as a memory enhancer. It appears to stimulate blood flow to the brain...which, in essence, might improve all cognitive functions (including short-term memory). As with almost all medical supplements, there is no "quick-fix". It takes time. I got her this "3-pack of 60 capsules per bottle" in which the directions call for using one capsule daily. So, this is a 6 month supply. I'll grade this product again in 6 months.

Great value. I like that they recommended one per day unlike most supplements that recommend 2 or 3 per day.
