Proper fit filter and gasket for my 95 grand Cherokee 4.0 with a the 42RE. Cheaper than any local parts dealer. Oh, and Remember when you clean the pan magnet to put it back lol As always, shipping was fast.. Would recommend to other Jeep peeps!
