MARBLE CUTTER/MULTI PURPOSE CUTTER IBL MC10-30,110MM, 1050W, 13000RPM

Experience: before buying this marble cutter I brought same marble cutter from same seller on Amazon.And product is defective. And there is no replacement possible so I return the product.Again I brought a new product same and the product is good not defective what it looks like a used product with the oil fingerprints on the product. Not new do it's look like someone used the product with the dirty hands not new.The box is very much damaged not because of transport but original box is damaged.Product is working well but not happyAbout the product which has shown in the picture about in the description it has three buttons1 on off button2 lock button3 power adjustment button.but in the real product there is only two buttons.It's old manufactured product.I am using this product as a hobbyBut for serious users don't buy from the seller.

Good customer service. Had a defect in the product initially ordered. They had arranged for a pick up for replacement or repair but the Courier service had an issue. So I personally took it to their service center. The customer service was extremely cordial and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. The product works fine. It comes with a marble cutter blade. I used it for cutting wood with Bosch wood cutting blade. Cuts smooth. Getting to trust iBELL products more and more especially due to their quick customer service response.
