Can these be spray painted?

Absolutely.You can spray any color you like.

Are they suitable to be hung outside?

I wouldn't say they would last long outside as they aren't treated with anything & not very thick. I purchased these on behalf of my sister for her son & these are hanging on his bedroom wall. Hope this helps

My view on Product

Made from MDF which i expected- no smell like other seller said jut your normal mdf smell - once painted no smell at all - Looks well on my newly painted wall - are thin so handle with care Just in case - overall I am very happy how they look.
