Value for mo money
For some reason there is some friction that can cause bruising or blisters on fingers if I use this for a long time used, not sure how to overcome this

Safety Hazard
The pathetic hooks that hold the springs to the handles are so flimsy they bend and let the springs go, happened to me twice so far. Thankfully just a bruise to the chest and not a missing eye etc. given that the handle and the hooks only purpose is to hold the springs without flinging them back at the user, im not sure this is fit for purpose

Does not last long
I suppose I can't complain because of the price, however, after a few pulls one of the springs has already lost it's tautness and has become slack. Overall this means the exercise becomes easier since the spring is no longer as difficult to pull apart. It doesn't seem possible to buy a high quality version of this product on Amazon.
