I have ordered this product multiple times. The product itself is great but the packing was horrible. It has always had the paper flour bag packed in a plastic bag inside of a box. I requested it be shipped without the product showing. Todays order arrived in the products paper bag. The bag was filthy dirty and had rips in the paper bag through multiple layers. In one place the bag was ripped all the way through. This is not acceptable for food products to be shipped with no care taken to them. The product is not returnable so I have to keep the product and hope that the flour is useable.Update: The company was very responsive and handled the problem very quickly and professionally. We appreciate the quick service.

Excellent product, perfect shipping, bakes just like regular flour.

The box was beat up pretty bad and marked as having "problem with delivery", but, that bag was in perfect condition. The bag of flour inside held up under the abuse of the shipping. I am very happy to have the gluten free flour in my pantry and plan to purchase more. My son battled cancer for the past two years, followed by a bone marrow transplant and now wheat causes him major intestinal issues. He has beat his cancer! This flour makes his life so much easier as the gluten free flour allows him to eat things like pancakes and biscuits with no issues at all. Thank you for this blessing! I plan to buy more and keep a good supply on hand!

This is the best gluten free flour of all! Very convenient if you are using a lot of it. The price is very good since you are buying in bulk.My husband is not gluten free, but this particular flour makes it easy for me to cook, since he tastes not a big difference compare with wheat. We loves pancakes, so it is going pretty fast to use it.I decided to update my review with the comment about misleading price per oz. It is not a near $.01 per oz, it is almost $.20 per oz, which is the same price as little packages. Still I like the product , very good taste and quality, we are using it a lot.
