Don't last as long
I like that they don't cost an arm and a leg and I like that they are available to fit my old electric toothbrush. But they don't last anywhere near what the original toothbrush heads did. I replace these on my toothbrush every month or two at the most. Still they're very cost effective and I'm glad they're available. This is my second purchase and I will buy again

Works perfectly with Sonic Vitality - Great Deal!
I have an old Sonic Vitality brush and couldn't find the replacement heads in any retail stores so I looked on-line. Based on some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical about these generic replacement brushes but at $3, it didn't hurt to try (I think these came to about $5 with shipping). They fit perfectly and so far after about a month of use, still hold up well. The bristle count definitely feels lower than the brand name heads but at about $1/head, who cares?

Great Price, fits fine
I went searching for generic replacement heads for my Oral-B Sonic Complete because the Oral-B brand ones are so outrageously priced. Why does it cost more for a replacement head than for a regular toothbrush??? A year or 2 ago I was able to find the Oral-B 3 packs for about $13, or about $4.50 per head. This time I searched for generic heads, and found these at about $1 per head, including shipping. The online reviews were split, but for only $3.99 including shipping, I decided to risk it.The generics look very similar to the Oral-B brand heads, and they fit fine on my Sonic Complete. The bristle pattern is about the same length, but slightly narrower than the Oral-B heads. If you like to push the toothpaste into the bristles before brushing, it will tend to ooze out of the sides of the head, at least until you have used it a while and the bristles spread out.I have been using a new head for about a month now, and as far as I can tell, they are cleaning my teeth just as well as the Oral-B brand heads. The bristles may be wearing out a bit faster than the Brand name ones, but since they cost so much less, I can afford to replace them a little more frequently, and still come out way ahead on annual cost.

solid company & product
I've had my sonic toothbrush for many years and love it. Getting replacement brushes for it has become a recent problem. At stores the packaging hides the base of the replacement brushes so you can't tell if they will fit your particular model or not. I bought replacement brushes from stores twice only to get them home and find they didn't fit. Pearl Enterprises not only had a great price on the brushes but the photo posted clearly showed the base of the brush and I could tell it was a fit. I will do business with them again for more replacement brushes or perhaps something else I need that they carry.

Poor quality knockoff
While the replacement heads physically appear almost identical to the real thing, they are poor replacements for a brush head that sadly Oral B in its infinite chose to discontinue. The brush heads fit poorly onto the electric toothbrush drive, they do not give a through clean, and the brush hairs fall out quite rapidly.Ironically I don't fault the manufacturer, but Oral B. In spite of (1) Oral B's large distribution and well-known brand name and (2) that Oral B Sonic was a far superior product to Sonicare (which used plastic that would crack after repeated use of common baking soda toothpastes), evidently Oral B Sonic wasn't a big seller. That's one surprise. The other unpleasant surprise is that nobody at Oral B had the business sense to at least license manufacture of the brush heads so that loyal customers like us could still get use of the product, and secondly, that Oral B would've still had some revenue stream out of it.If this were Twitter, I'd assign the hashtag #fail

Just as good as the name brand product
These are just as good as the name brand replacement heads for the Sonic Complete but at a fraction of the price! I ordered these a while ago and noticed that after a few weeks of use the head would start to come off of the base by itself. It seemed like the plastic was warping. But I got them at such a ridiculously low price that I decided to keep buying them; it still seemed like a good value instead of spending a fortune on the Oral-B replacement heads. I am glad I stuck with them because they don't seem to have that problem anymore. These are ABSOLUTELY worth buying in place of the name brand replacement heads. I highly recommend them!

For the price, they are OK
You really can't beat the price for these four brush heads. It fits my Oral-B Sonic Complete but I've noticed it is a little noisier than the original brush heads. It may not just fit right, but all three setting still work and it gets the job done. That being said, the bristles are very generic and much softer than what I would prefer. It almost looks like they've been used for about 2 months and they are not crisp or separated. Otherwise, they are OK.
