NY Threads Lightweight Women Dressing Gown, Soft Cotton Blend Kimono Robe Perfect for Loungewear and Sleepwear

To be honest, for the money paid - and the mixed reviews - I was a little nervous about purchasing this dressing gown. However, I was pleasantly surprised on its arrival! Not only is the material thicker than I was expecting (perhaps not making it quite the light summer option I wanted), it appears to be well made and very soft... It fits well too. My only gripe really is its length - way too long for the likes of me at just 5' 3"! However, it's still perfectly wearable at this length just, once again, making it more of an autumnal/early winter option, rather than a spring/summer one!It's a lot lighter than my thick winter dressing gown though and therefore better for packing to take on holiday now - which was the whole point of purchasing really! It also now replaces an old light weight one that's shrunk over the years to become mis-shapen and short - or perhaps that's just me, rather than the garment! Lol! All in all though, I am impressed with this as it's very good value for money. Only time will now tell of course how it wears and washes.

Very happy with this dressing gown. Feels very soft and warm. Great price for a fab item. Washes well and I love the colour. Highly recommend.

Lovely lightweight material ideal for me I don’t like heavy dressing gowns lovely navy blue colour. Well worth the money. The belt is attached so no losing it. I’m really pleased with it

Despite not being as lightweight as I'd hoped, this is a lovely soft gown, well made and a good length! It's a quite heavy jersey but washes and dries well. The price was unbeatable!

If you're an average sized person then I don't think this will fit. If you are a smallish person, you'll be okay. I'm average - completely average - and the waist is far too high and you can't move the belt because they've stitched in place like you're carrying a rucksack. In fact, I wish most of my rucksacks where this well stitched at the back, shame it's not so good around the arms, after one wash it's coming apart. It's not generous around the hips either, so don't have hips. The fabric is lovely, but I wouldn't say it's lightweight if you are of a certain age and need something cool! Not something to buy again.

I have bought 2 of these Dressing gowns in medium, one dark blue and one light blue. They are lovely, comfortable and lightweight. I would have given 5 stars only the light blue one is slightly smaller than the dark one.
