Product is great and the tap works amazing. My son loves it and it’s been a god send in the hot weatherUpdate - got it out for summer and the tap doesn’t work even with new batteries so that’s disappointing

This item was a great entertainment for a young child. It stopped working after 1 month and the water tap failed. Batteries were changed so not that. Contacted seller via Amazon but didn’t even get a response. Fault was just outside the 30 days so not much we could do. Surely should last more than a month. Shocking customer service to just be ignored.

EDIT- the seller made contact and offered a free replacement which was sent extremely quickly and the new one does in fact work much better than the original - really impressed with them!Brought this thinking it would be perfect for my daughter and we’ve gone to use it, put new batteries in and it doesn’t work!! It was dried out and stored in a dry place so cannot see any reason why it wouldn’t work! So annoyed as it wasn’t exactly cheap for a one time toy!

Brilliant little sink granddaughter loves it

This sink was great all the time it worked. My little one loved the running water and filling up and emptying the cups. However, the pump in the tap just stopped working after 4 uses. We can’t see a fault at all. Now he keeps asking to play with it but he can’t as it’s broken!Very disappointed. If it lasted longer then it would be a fantastic toy!
