Bought these to assist with targeting belly fat after doing research. I have seen progress but can't guarantee it was these that helped. I can say though that I have had zero side effects from taking them and believe they are helping along side a diet and exercise.

Never tried this brand previously but contains the same amount of CLA as others so have it a try and wasn’t disappointed. Trying to lose weight is hard so adding these in helps. Would definitely recommend.
