I bought a brand new air pump and and bubbles found only on 2 sides of both air bubbles ring

A good air stone
I am using this on a high-flow air pump in my pond. It is working perfectly and diffuse the bubbles on a constant stream.Would recommend it for any mid size aquarium to a large pond.It's priced we'll and cost-effective.
