Great bar
I have messed up shoulders, and honestly even if I didn't just being tall and having longer arms means I would be putting my shoulders at risk due to simple geometry if I didn't keep them in a neutral alignment. This is absolutely the safest way to do a pressing exercise, and the longer your arms the more necessary it is. I won't go into too much depth but if you're pressing with a standard bar and you have long forearms when the bar is all the way a the bottom your shoulders are at an extreme angle and can be damaged. The shorter your forearms the less extreme angle and the less risk of damage. With long enough arms it becomes biomechanically impossible, for instance with a pullup it is impossible for me to go chest to bar (without momentum cheating) because my lats become fully contracted before my chest nears the bar due to my arm length. So the safe way, especially if you're tall, is to press in a neutral position, and to do that you need a swiss bar.Now this swiss bar is much lighter than other bars, only 26 pounds, it feels like. It is because it is all welded together with hollow tubes instead of being a solid bar. Only the sleeves are solid. Is this going to make it weak? I don't think so because it is essentially like a truss. If you're building a structure and you want to support a load with a steel beam you need something much heavier than with a light gauge steel truss. They can both support the same load but the beam will be much heavier. Why? Because for the beam to fail it only needs to bend, and metal bends, but for the truss to fail it needs to compress, and metal does not like compressing. I'm simplifying it a little bit but that is the concept. So don't look askance upon this bar due to its light weight, it is plenty strong. As for use, I have loaded it up to 300# without issue, and in fact in flexes less than my straight bar. Which goes right to my prior point. I have owned it for a couple years now and have 0 issues with it.

Great for neutral grip bench, skull crushers, and more. Great for bad shoulders.
The quality of this bar is very good. Feels sturdy, the welds look solid. I like the knurling on the bar. It isn't so aggressive that it tears up your hands but just enough that you get a good grip. I have arthritis in my shoulders so I am always on the lookout for safer ways to do upper body movements. I'm able to do both narrow and wide grip bench press with this due to the neutral position. No shoulder pain. It is also great for skull crushers, pullovers, and I even used it for landmines. All around, an excellent purchase. Great quality for the price.

Really works the triceps.
I bought this bar to relieve shoulder pain when doing bench presses, which it does very well. I wish the outer handles were a little farther apart so my forearms were more perpendicular to the floor to put more of the effort into the frontal pecs. I feel it more in the outer portion of the chest muscles which is not a bad thing as it works them from a different range of motion which is never a bad thing. You will really get a huge workout for your triceps even at the widest hand position. They probably could have made the hand position wider, but then you wouldn't be able to rack the bar. You also are going to need some strong thumbs to hold onto this bar since it rest in between the forefinger and the thumb instead of the heel of the hand. I am still going to use my straight olympic bar with lighter weights after pre-exhausting my muscles with this bar to avoid the shoulder pain. This bar works very well and am well satisfied.

Good deal for the Money!!
This is a good deal for a multi-grip bar. There are several pros and cons. I liked it so much I bought another one for my son for Christmas so he and his wife can use it.The Cons - The plastic caps on the ends were broken in shipping. They are cheap and ornamental only, I don't care. The paint seems as though it may not hold up. I have protectors on my J-hooks, again I don't care. You can hear the metal pieces rattling around while working out, again I don't care. Now the Pros - The bar is lighter than all the other manufacturers, its only 25lbs. So both my wife and I can do curls, bench press, military press, tricep extenstions and rows. Really the bar and all of it's angles makes it really versatile. We use this thing almost every day for one or more exercises. We have a Rouge multi bar at the gym that I have used for a year or so now. I like this one as much or more because we can do exercises with less than 45lb standard weight.

Best bar on the market for the money, bar none!
Saw a review that talked about the welds and it being hollow. Then saw one that said, “If you are looking for a perfect bar move on, but if you want a bar that works, buy this one!” Glad I did. It is hollow but doesn’t affect the workout. Welds don’t affect my grip or function at all. I like the grip placement better than Rogue’s. And, it fits perfectly on my cage just as a straight bar would. Great design and quality. Better workouts and great addition to my home gym. FYI, if you are not used to the grips, lower your weight slightly until you are. Once muscle memory sets in your workouts will be great!

Great Multi-Use Bar
I call this bar the “Upper Body Bar” because it has a number of great applications. Of course most people use it for bench, but I also use it for curls, reverse curls, tricep work, inverted rows, and as a reliable secondary bar for supersets. It’s long enough to be rackable, but light enough for beginners.I’ll be honest, it is not a super high quality bar, but it works for a home gym and the weight capacity is sufficient for what you. Definitely would recommend.

Great deal for a well built bar.
Bar is well built, great value for the price. Only semi-complaint is the inner grips are a little too narrow for a bench press for my personal liking. Maybe an inch outward would have been better. But the same narrow grip makes it perfect for bicep hammer curls. I have not felt a bar this smooth for curls. Very content with the value and use I have had with it. I suggest this bar to anyone for $180.
