Yes - these are glass jars (with metal lids)

Q: How much is in each jar?

The jars hold 200 gms. You use 1 tablespoon per 100mls of water but I usually use a bit more. You need to keep an opened jar in the fridge and use it up fairly quickly as it does grow mold even in the fridge. It’s very useful if you need a low Fodmap diet
