I'm really impressed! I'm rather obsessed with my shiatsu massagers and they tend to break every 6-12 months (usually the mesh rips) especially as I average at least a good 20 min per day with them. This one I've had nearly 1 year and it isn't even showing signs of the mesh ripping! I'm guessing it will at some point, but for how much I use it, that is really impressive!I use it on my shoulders, neck, all over my back, hips, and sometimes even on my abdomen when I'm feeling bloated. I like that I can control how much pressure I apply to determine how intense the massage is.It does automatically turn off after 15 min and if getting too hot. But as long as it isn't too hot, you can turn back on right away. When it's hot, I wait for a bit before using it again.I'm impressed with the price and how long it's lasting. I've bought more expensive ones that haven't lasted as long!

Bought this for a friend. She works a desk job and sits a lot, and she has some occasional back pain. She liked this gift quite a bit and is expecting regular use out of it. I did get a chance to give it a go and in general I also liked the massager.Pros:- Small compact size, easy for storage / portability- Direction of movement changes every minute or so automatically- Heat was smooth, enough to be felt but not too hot- Pretty quiet when activatedCons:- Can wiggle/shift around on its own when used in certain positions- Only one type of massaging action / pattern available (though that goes for most portable massagers)It has a car adapter though I don’t know how useful it would be in a car. Overall I’d recommend this product!

It is powerful but not battery operated. The power cord that is attached to the massager is very short and as a result keeps detaching from the power adapter with any body movement which causes the massager to stop. The velcro strap is too short to easily affix the unit to an office chair

I bought this primarily for my neck.If you rest on it, the massagers don't even reach your neck because they are so far apart from each other.It's nice for your back.But it does not even reach my neck muscles in order for me to feel anything.Edit: I initially gave them 2 stars because it didn't massage my neck. However they gave me a full refund and told me to keep the item.So I had no choice but to thank them for that. The least I could do is give them 5 stars.Great customer service

Wasn’t a fan of this one, gave it away. I had one my brookstone that’s as fabulous. This one was too aggressive for me. Could t get the right tension.

If you are under 5’10” you might like this more. I am 6 foot nearly exactly. As a result it feels great, but is not strong enough for the deep knots in my back. It gets bogged down by the pressure I put on it sometimes. I say sometimes because it’s great for pressure and heat, just not built for my size and weight as much. Find something bigger if you need it to really get in there and are my size or bigger.

Received this yesterday and promptly unpacked it and plugged it in. Easy to operated and the size is perfect not only for your neck but also your lower back.! Working from home I placed this behind my back while sitting in my office chair, what relief! I almost dozed off! I have another device similar to this but it is to big and bulky. This is a perfect size! The heat function is very soothing. I'll be using this on a regular basis!

The outside cover is not of a good quality and the shiatsu balls came through after a few uses it was useful until this and there isn’t enough fabric to repair
