Did you mean 10.5 or 10 1/2? No, they only come in whole sizes. I'm a 10.5 or 10 1/2 as well, just get the 11, that's your best bet. They fit a little snug, so it's best to go up if you're a half size, they will form to your foot the more you wear them.
