K-LAVA SALT—Korea's No.1 Bamboo Salt—Original 9x, Powder, 2.47 Ounce

I purchased finely ground salt. It's almost a powder. It has a slightly different flavor than the other gourmet salts I use. If you're like me and appreciate a great salt highly recommend you try it. If you're not into salt it won't make a difference unless you believe in the advertised medicinal qualities. No judgement here 🙂

Soooo I get this is supposed to be some sort of special salt.. but that's just it. It's salt... and it tastes like salt but I cannot taste much difference between this high dollar one and the salt I regularly buyIt's good salt but I cannot justify spending this much on something that doesn't really taste different than what I normally buy

Great new taste to add to your cooking.Make sure you order grains or powder.Powder can be harder to portion for cooking and seasoning if your not used to it. Powder is more for holistic supplements than cooking.Great mild earthy taste very low bitter and world's better than chemical taste of old table salt.

We have tried several varieties of bamboo salt and never had such a horrible experience.The smell of rotten eggs is not a "sulfur" smell caused by the source of the salt either.It was caused by the production process and an obvious lack of product quality control.We couldn't even return it or get a refund because we had "opened" the original packaging.But there was no way to know this problem existed until AFTER opening it.We definitely won't purchase this product again and we won't consider any other products offered by this seller.9

This K-Lava Salt is excellent quality - but note there's a big reason why this is so expensive. If you read and research the process this undergoes in order to achieve the quality it has, you'll see that this is absolutely no ordinary salt that you throw into plain dishes like any other kind you encounter. It also has a slightly unusual flavor to it that's a little different - but smooth. I love this stuff for its unusual taste and the health benefits, too - and it's excellent quality. A little bit goes a long way, and I like the fine ground on this, as there are no clumps. You're not getting a big amount for the price, but again - this isn't something you're going to be using as regular salt to start with. It gets two thumbs up from me!

The salt is just that - it is salt. It is clean and it flows from the box easily, I do not see any clumps. It comes in cardboard container, and it has an inner cover with a rectangular opening in leu of the shaker holes. I am sure it was expensive to prepare it this way, but I cannot really taste the difference with any other clean quality salt. Maybe the texture is a tiny bit different. It is clean, or looks clean at least.

This is not 9x roasted salt. 9x bamboo roasted salt is purple or black. This is pure white. I feel like I have been ripped off!

Not recommended. I don’t believe this to be actual 9x bamboo salt. It’s a fine white powder, not purple. Also, it cannot be returned.
