Worth its money
You get what you pay for the overall build quality is okay, with a somewhat decent finish. However there are small details that are skipped over. Most importantly it sounds okay, its a beginner guitar, so you'll get what you pay for.

Not bad (for the price)
Having just spent a couple of grand on Fender Telecasters, I decided to buy this as a "project" to update bits and pieces over the coming months.Firstly the blue burst finish is very nice, and I can't see any obvious flaws. It came with the strings tuned down a bit, which is good as there's not too much tension on the neck while it's being shipped. Speaking of the strings, the set it came with are horrible, very rough - get yourself a decent set of strings and change them immediately (I believe these ship with 9 to 42).It will need a decent setup as the string action is very high. The neck and fingerboard are lightly finished, which I quite like. Can't see any twists on the neck, and the fingerboard is even. The fret ends are a little rough, but not too bad and easily dealt with using a bit of light emery paper, and they could do with a light polish. The tuners are ok, but I expect them to be the first thing I will change. The pickups are quite quiet, but this should be addressed by raising the pickups closer to the strings. Some reviewers have found the pickups to be a little microphonic but these ones don't seem too bad in that regard. I expect they are a bit variable from one pickup to another. They give a decent showing of the classic Strat inbetween positions (neck + middle and bridge + middle).A new nut would be a good idea. This one is plastic, and would be a good upgrade to replace it with a bine or graphite nut.The tremolo is very stiff. I might remove one of the three springs. On the other hand it might be good hand exercise to use it as it is :) The block is a narrow one, which exactly what I would expect at this price point, and is adequate. It comes with a strap and cable, neither of which are that great but they will get you going.Overall this isn't too bad an instrument. The reason I only give it 3 stars for a beginner as it really does need a proper setup to set the intonation and string height, the latter of which could be lower, and this might cost a further £50+. It does come with the relevant allen keys should you fancy having a go yourself.

Quality!
Amazing! I received a copy that is suitable for a professional! The sound is excellent, the weight is light, the thickness of the neck is comfortable! The perfect guitar despite being cheap!

Screws came loose and broke
When adjusting the trem the screws broke from the wood, luckily was able to screw in the plate higher up and still get a decent sound, however I can't use the trem as I don't want to loosen it again to avoid another break, annoying but you get what you pay for though I paid less for my last Strat copy and that lasted 4 years before I sold it but this one is only a couple weeks old. Disappointing not recommended.

Good quality item
The guitar I got is a good example.good action and string height but needed intonation.not a blemish anywhere. The tuners are surprisingly good and tight. The frets look like they've had a bit of a polish. All in all not bad.

Item arrived with a screw missing
This would have been a great purchase had the item been in good condition. I thought I was buying a new product but the item arrived with cosmetic damage and a screw missing from one if the pegs. Hence the revuew
