Q: 2 stage lid is stuck. How do I get it to release?

There are 2 tabs on the inner lid that the outer lid is supposed to engage. At one point, my outer lid spun completely off and left the inner lid in place. To fix it, spin the outer lid back on, and take note of where those 2 tabs are. Then, when you unscrew the lid, squeeze the outer lid right where those 2 tabs are to force them to stay engaged.

Q: Can I use the bonus bowl to microwave the soup if it doesn’t stay hot enough for me? I like my soup really hot.

I'm not sure. It's plastic. Seems like maybe not microwave safe but I don't remember noticing if it said yes or no when I opened it.
