Good quality. I take two at night with tryptophan and melatonin. I get much better rest when I add these in. And my mood has improved greatly the next day, i feel more upbeat. They do have that nice stinky valerian smell. I'd say if you are a weenie and can't handle a slight smell for a nanosecond before you put it in the back of your throat, then you might as well use the pharmaceutical -that's also much harsher on the rest of your body. Valerian on the other hand has benefits for the body in other ways. Definitely worth looking into.

I’ve never taken 4 pills at a time but you would probably pee the bed and end up in therapy afterwards…but it may be worth it after you rewrite “Alice in Wonderland” in your sleep with yourself as Toto and the Munchkins as Mexican Cartel members.

So - I've tried at least three brands and I think I get the best results from this one. Note the serving size, dosage per capsule, etc. Don't want to take too little or too much. I feel this must be a great product because the cats are also very interested. Smells foul out of the bottle!

I prefer a natural sleep: hard, physical work, yoga, music, nature….. I find this to be helpful as well. However!!! Read directions!!!! Don’t be stupid! Do your own research, be wise about your own good health ! Thank you 🙏🏾.

I am impressed with the fact that there is no fillers the bottle is full unlike a lot of bottles that are 1/2 full and then a lot of cotton I am definitely recommend this brand of supplements thank you

At first time taking it, it worked but not much after that. It also makes me pee a lot. Also, I drink chamomile tea and take magnesium before bed and still can't sleep. Maybe it's just me. I've recently switched to 25MG CBD + 2MG THC + 3MG Melatonin and with 1 gummy and within 1 hour I pass out.So, IMO, if you're so stressed 😬 that you can't relax(over thinking, hot body) and sleep, I suggest CBD + THC + Melatonin. The small amount of THC just put your mind at ease and won't make you panic or have a bad reaction. They have CBD formulas with higher MG and you can get it without THC/Melatonin. Hope this helps.

Yes, valerian root smells bad. But, since it’s in capsule form, I don’t know why these capsules should stink to high heaven. The smell is highly evident as soon as you open the bottle and break the seal. After handling a few of the sour feces smelling caps, the odor transferred to my fingers. Needed to wash with soap and water. Did a capsule break open and contaminate the whole bottle? I have had other bad experiences with poor capsule design such as fish oil and turmeric. But you have to find the right manufacture that knows how to contain the odors inside the capsule and not all around it!. I’ll hold my nose, use them up and purchase from a different company. This product stinks, literally. I haven’t got past the smell to see if it really works like it is supposed to.
