Exactly what I needed to create "balloon" centerpieces
I was very happy with these colorful "balloons". I hot glued them back to back on balloon sticks from the dollar store to create centerpieces to be used on picnic tables for a birthday party. The party was held in a state park that does not allow real latex balloons (as they can be a danger to wildlife), so this was a great substitute!
