quality folic acid in small pills
I am on a medication that affects folic acid levels so I have to take 4 mg daily - or 5 800mcg pills. NOW Foods pills have been my preferred brand for several years now. Unlike other brands I've tried, these are small enough that having to take 5 of them is not a big problem for me. Also these folic acid pills create very little dust and don't turn everything they touch a different color, as some other brands do. This is a quality folic acid.
