I just took the last pill in the 30 day supply. I took 2 pills a day, mid day with food. I take fiber at night and am regular in the morning. I apply a cream after I shower - just the cheap white petroleum stuff with no lidocaine.Since starting this supplement I have not had any bleeding. That's unusual as I typically encounter a lumpy hurting unmentionable at least once a week with a blood bath in the loo. I have not taken any other supplements so it's this Hemokin that is responsible. Yay for it!I was very skeptical that a pill you take on one end would help a problem on the other end. I'm happy to see that there are really results. I don't know if they are long term and I haven't decided if I want to shell out $50 for another bottle. It is much cheaper than surgery though so I'm leaning towards yes.I have tried creams and epsom salt baths and I take tons of fiber. I apply a cream every day even when there's nothing going on. I still can't believe a pill has any effect but I'm probably buying another round just to make the cure stick.

I am not noticing anything. I just do not feel this working yet, but that doesn't mean it might not help. Maybe it will do something but after 15 days I don't notice any change. Have had severe issues and the doctor kinda looked at me strange when I asked about it. Will keep taking until all gone and will see

This is a difficult item to review, both because of the nature of the subject matter, and because it takes a fair amount of time to determine whether any improvement is because of these or just coincidental. Having said that, I have been using these for nearly 30 days (entire bottle) and have had no flair ups or fissure bleeds. I'm not sure how this works, but I am cautiously optimistic that they are definitely improving my situation. I can't recall the last time I have gone this long without a flair up. I have tried everything - banding, botox, insane amounts of fiber, essential oils, creams, etc. and still suffer from both H's and a fissure. So far, this is the only thing that I have tried that has seemed to work for more than a few days.I have seen enough improvement that I will definitely buy another bottle. If I can go 3 months without a flair up while using these I will upgrade this review to 5 stars. Definitely worth a try if you are a sufferer.

I ve started this supplement a week ago and I noticed that indeed is relieving the pain. I didn’t bled at all in the past 2 days. I only have one H and is not a very severe situation, but I was🩸 every time when using restroom, at least in the past couple of months. I don’t know how will work for more chronic condition, but so far I am planning on taking this on a daily basis. I ve tried some over the counter creams but with minimal results and not lasting. So I appreciate this one!
