This is a great brand of sunfiber. It dissolves readily, is clear and tasteless and does not thicken the water. I have been using it daily for almost a year and am pleased with the results.

I’ve tried lots of fibers. I try to eat a balanced and healthy diet but I never seem to get enough fiber so I supplement it every day in my coffee just in case. This one is THE best. No discomfort in my tummy ever from it. I’ve been through 2 of these large tubs and I think 5 of the smaller size when this was out. All have been fantastic. It dissolves excellent in my coffee- never tried in a cool beverage. It is truly flavorless and takes nothing away from the taste. When I don’t drink coffee, I’ve mixed it in tea while it’s warm and works well there too! The ingredients are good and the company seems to be reputable from my research. Highly recommend!

I have tried several over the counter fibers and did not have any luck and much discomfort. My doctor finally recommend this one and I love it. It causes no abdominal cramping or bloating. It is tasteless and dissolves perfectly and completely and quickly in coffee or tea. You will love the results.

I have IBS and needed something that wasn’t going to kill my stomach. This stuff is pretty great. It dissolves better in hot liquids then cold but I find myself hardly drinking hot liquids. It makes my almond milk a little syrupy at the bottom but it’s not enough to keep from doing it again. Sometimes I put it in my cereal and can’t tell it’s there. My stomach never has any issues with it and it helps with using the restroom.

I purchased this product for gut health and healthy weight loss. I am obese with all the health issues that come with that (HBP, high cholesterol, pre-diabetic, etc...) I am on medications for the HBP. What I have found that the results don't come in the first day. But after a week of consistent use I feel full and eat less. I am finally getting regular. At first it was a little uncomfortable and I found that if I didn't drink enough water during the day my bathroom trips were uncomfortable. But after a week of consistent use and consistent water I take I feel 10 times better than I did previously. My BP is doing better as well. My next physical is still a month out. I will update my review at that time. But as of now, I am pleased with the results. This is a marathon not a sprint to better health and I know a healthy diet and exercise are on the horizon but one new healthy habit at a time for now.
