It has different color about this item. It has green, blue, purple and blue.

Q: How do these protect your G6 in the shower when they don't actually cover the G6?

They cover the fabric that is around the sensor. The sensor is protected and does not get wet. I have had more problems with these patches staying on, I have wasted more because they don't stick fully. Some are good and some aren't. I hope I answered your question.
