Price for highlighter is totally worth.... It don't have any chunky particles and within kind of shine... In pan it looks like powder but after rubbing with finger it melts in to skin like butter... Doesn't give patchy look.. Blemds very easily... Don't have to tug or pull in order to blend..Worth the hype and money...It can give competition to any high end highlighters... If mixed with mist can work like MAC fix plus.... Totally recommended... Must try.. For 99 rs you can always try this highlighter...

The shimmer particles are very thin so it will not visible to another person but u can see if you saw ur self in mirror at short distance.also it's not completely powder not also a liquid it's between them and so it blends easily. Talking about quantity it should have more than this but this is a quality product so i think no company will give you good quality highlighter at this low budget.!
