Linda Li American Mah Jongg Tile Set – The Artisan Collection – 166 Ivory Color Engraved Tiles (Tiles Only)

Love these Linda Li tiles ! They are made so well and feel great in my hand . They are slightly larger than regular tiles but fit perfectly on a standard rack . I play Mahjongg with three different groups of ladies and have gotten so many compliments from all of them ! They love how beautiful the tiles are ! They love the Panda jokers and the gold edging around the winds just make the set feel so fancy ! Also the one Bam Swans are a favorite of my friends .

The tiles are amazing and beautiful. I bought the wooden tile racks, and the tiles fit in the racks totally fine. The tiles, however, don’t fit in the plastic tray tile holder that stores the tiles. But they fit fine in the racks. I love the butterflies and the panda joker tiles. The colors are quite amazing. It’s really fun to play with them. My group loves to play with them. They’re just a little bit different than the regular ones but everybody can still identify all the tiles properly.

Wonderful artistry on these engraved tiles. Our mahjong group enjoys playing with the realistic looking dragons, the beautiful butterflies, adorable pandas, and the exquisite wind tiles. They have a couple millimeters more length than my regular tiles, same otherwise, so it’s not noticeable while playing,

The artwork is absolutely gorgeous - everyone I play mahjong with loves these tiles. The only downer (& thus 4 stars) is that they are a little taller than standard size tiles & as a result they do not fit in any tray designed to hold standard mahjong tiles. (I was warned not to dump them loose in a bag to avoid chipping - which happened to a friend's set.) So I had to create my own box to hold them.

I liked the art work and size of the tiles. The price point is very reasonable for the uniqueness of what you receive.

I am so glad that I bought these tiles. They are a big hit with my two Mah Jongg groups. Everyone enjoys playing with them. They especially like the panda jokers. The price of just the tiles is 3 times more than my first set that I purchased 5 years ago that included tiles, a case, pushers and racks. However the beauty of these tiles is well worth the price. I will enjoy playing with these for many, many years.
