Bought this plant for my bathroom. Well packaged looks very healthy and a big plant. Most other plants I have bought are small. Beautiful colour can’t fault it.

So good that, when my Mum noticed and raved about mine, I bought one for her too.Very striking purple foliage, soft but not floppy and almost velvety to the touch. Mine does very well on a south facing windowsill where, usually, nothing but succulents thrive. It's quite a thirsty plant though (even with the radiator below it turned off) so mine gets a thorough drenching once a week (this is winter - it will almost certainly need more in the summer) and then drains thoroughly on the draining board before going back onto the windowsill.Attractive plant for a very good price. Gardeners' Dream (from which both the ones I've bought have come) are reliable and I've yet to buy anything from them that hasn't done well. They come carefully packed so little chance of damage in transit and individually covered around the pot so you're not shedding soil all over when you unpack them.Good prices, great service and wonderful plants. Worth a look for everything from the standard to the unusual.

The media could not be loaded. I live this plant. Arrived much larger than I expected and came in a pretty purple growers pot that complements the plant. Great to break up my other plants. Love it so much I’ve ordered a second one. Seems really healthy so hopefully it’ll last but so far so good. This is the plant one week since receiving it.
