Patches are very warm, adhesive back stays in place and they are easy to use with no noticeable smell. I suggest putting them on a thin undershirt and a thicker shirt over them. You will be very warm. However if you plan on being in the woods hunting for more than 8-9 hours, take two sets. They do NOT provide 12 hours of heat in cold outdoor conditions. (I have yet to find one that does) I don’t know what by I bothered to stay in the wood until dark, I was shivering so bad I wasn’t going to get a deer anyway!!!

I have to wear a " body warmer " like this, at least twice a day, Morning/Night, for severe back and nerve pain, even though I live in a warm weather state. I have been using a different brand up to now with great results, until they ran out of stock. These are the 2nd new brand that I've tried, and if I had looked at the reviews with pictures, I would not have bothered with these.Pros: They are cheap. Yeap, that's it for the Pro'sCons: They are cheap. They contain less media in them than any other brand I have tried in the past from Amazon. They do not work. They do not adhere to fabric, like a cotton tee shirt. If you do get one to heat up, it will then stop the adhesive from working anymore. So if you want to spend money on a product that does not work, this is your baby right here.

Does not last as long as they say. Does not get that warm. Disappointed. Had better results with another brand. Sticky is not very strong.
