I got these twice - one set for my wife's chair and one set for my own.Swooshability is high with these. Easy to move aorund with in the chair.Does take a bit of getting used to.These wheels are bigger than the standard chair wheels so you will end up higher up.

Like the title states, if you have any cheap-ish office chair with the crappy little plastic casters, replace them! These wheels make the chair glide like nothing. Small warning would be that they do raise the overall height of the chair by roughly 1in.
